摘要
环境因素和遗传因素是近视眼发生和发展的主要因素。在环境因素中,与近视眼联系最紧的是视近工作。而了解视近工作在近视发展中的作用,可通过一份问卷来调查患者的视近活动。本文现综述目前几份常见的视近工作问卷表,并分析在设计问卷表中要注意的问题。
Both genetic and environmental risk factors may contribute to the development of myopia. The strongest evidence for an environmental cause for myopia is an association with near work. To determine whether near work plays a role in myopia onset, development, and/or progression, it is necessary to use a questionnaire to investigate the visual activities of children. This paper presents a few near work questionnaires and analyzes some problems with certain questionnaires. A better questionnaire for reporting on near work activities is needed for future research.
