虚拟影像术前计划系统在神经外科的临床应用研究 被引量:15

Clinical application of surgical plan system based on virtual reality image in neurosurgery

摘要 目的探讨三维立体虚拟影像术前计划系统在神经外科常规手术中的应用价值。方法应用RadioDexter虚拟影像术前计划系统对颅内肿瘤及椎管内肿瘤等15例神经外科常规手术病例进行术前计划操作。结果15例病例均成功进行了术前计划操作。该系统形成的三维立体虚拟影像清晰、逼真,并可进行多种模拟操作,能更清楚、准确地显示手术区域解剖结构及毗邻关系。本组无严重并发症,无死亡病例。结论三维立体虚拟影像术前计划系统能够提高神经外科手术的精确性,降低手术创伤及手术风险,值得推广应用。 Objective To investigate the value of the surgical plan system based on virtual reality image used in the routine operation of neurosurgery. Methods The surgical plans of 15 cases of intracranial or intraspinal tumors were made by the RadioDexter plan system based on virtual reality image. Results The surgical plans of the 15 cases were made successfully by the RadioDexter system. The solid 3-dimension virtual images produced by the surgical plan system were very clear and real,and a lot of simulated manipulation can be done with them. The anatomic structures and the relationship with the surrounding could be displayed more accurately and clearly in this way. There were no severe complications or death in these 15 cases. Conclusion The use of surgical plan system based on virtual reality image can increase the accuracy of the neurosurgical operations, reduce the risks for operative trauma or complications. So, it is worth to be applied widely in the field of neurosurgery.
