摘要
目的研究了实验感染产生中和抗体以及输入SARS-CoV中和抗体对SARS-CoV感染恒河猴的保护作用。方法动物分3组,分别为SARS感染恢复动物组,输入抗SARS阳性血清动物组和SARS模型对照组,分别接种病毒,1-7 d进行病毒检测和血清学检测,7 d后安乐处死动物,进行病理检测。结果实验感染产生中和抗体,输入SARS-CoV中和抗体的恒河猴体内SARS-CoV复制得到一定程度的抑制,病理变化也比模型组轻。结论SARS-CoV中和抗体(包括被动免疫)是一种有潜力的SARS治疗方法。
Objective The SARS is an infectious disease which was newly conformed in China. The effective clinical treatment for this disease is still being under studying, The aim of the present study was to investigate the protective effect of antiSARS-CoV antibody on SARS-CoV infection in Macaca mulatta monkey model. Methods To analyze changes of anti-SARS-CoV antibody treated SARS-monkeys. Results The aquired neutralization antibody for SARS-CoV inhibited the replication of the virus to a certain extent. The pathological changes of the antibody treatment group were lighter than those in the SARS-monkey group. Conclusions Our findings suggested that anti-SARA-CoV neutralization antibody therapy is a potentially useful clinical treatment for SARS.
