Examination of the Plastic Film Isolator

目的探讨塑料薄膜隔离器检测方法,客观、科学地反映隔离器的功能,保证饲养实验动物的质量及实验的科学可靠性,为实验动物设备国家标准的制订和修订提供参考依据。方法按照国家关于实验动物环境设施标准,探索隔离器的内环境检测方法。结果与结论本检测方法能科学地评价塑料薄膜隔离器的功能。

Objective To provide useful reference data on the standardization of utility and control procedure of plastic film isolators. Methods To explore a useful and appropriate procedure of assessment of internal environment in isolators according to the national standards. Results The measurement results demonstrated that those parameters can well satisfy the demands of evaluation of the function and feasibility of the plastic film isolators in accordance with the national standards. Conclusion The measurement procedure described in this study may well be used in evaluation of plastic film isolators.
