胚胎移植技术对特种突变小鼠的净化研究

Purging Study of Embryonic Transfer in Particular Mutation Mice

目的通过净化特种突变小鼠来建立SPF级种子库。方法利用胚胎移植技术对四种突变无毛小鼠和一种白内障小鼠的桑葚胚进行子宫内移植。结果四种突变无毛小鼠和白内障小鼠均产出仔鼠,获得移植成功,其中白内障小鼠的产仔率最高为25.5%。结论建立了SPF级特种突变小鼠种群,为进一步研究与开发利用提供了可靠保证。

Objective In order to set up particular mutation mice population of SPF by using purging method. Methods Morulae of four mutation hairless mice and one cataract mouse were transplanted into uterus using embryonic transfer method. Results The embryonic transfer was succeeded with birth of infant mice of the four mutation hairless mice and one cataract mouse. The highest rate of success was 25.5 % in the birth of cataract mice. Conclusion Particular mutation mice population of SPF has been established, which may provide a reliable support for various research studies and further development utilization.
