Myocilin/TIGR与原发性开角型青光眼 被引量：2

摘要 自从Myocilin/TIGR被发现以来,对其在正常细胞及原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)中作用的研究较多,现在多数学者认为其在POAG发病中具有一定作用,并对其机制提出很多看法,如不溶性Myocilin/TIGR蛋白与细胞内正常蛋白结合,影响正常蛋白功能:Myocilin/TIGR蛋白结构改变导致功能改变;Myocilin/TIGR蛋白拮抗蛋白功能过剩等;但是未明确的地方仍然很多,我们将综述近年对其研究所取得的成果及存在的问题。
