纪律约束预防异性按摩小姐感染STD的研究

Discipline Restriction's Effect in Preventing STDs for Massage-girls

目的:评估纪律约束对预防按摩小姐性传播疾病的作用。方法:对两个按摩中心的各种情况进行比较并经统计学处理,B中心的管理明显较A中心严格。结果:两个按摩中心人口学特征、工作时间、正确认识性病/艾滋病知识情况、正确认识安全套情况经统计学处理没有显著性差异;两组性交百分数没有显著性差异(P>0.05),但A组(2-5次/月)性交的频率显著高于B组(P<0.05);安全套的使用情况两组间没有显著性差异(P>0.05);A中心性病检出率为26.53%,B中心性病检出率为7.32%,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对按摩小姐进行纪律约束能显著降低性交频率从而预防性传播疾病。

Objective：To evaluate discipline restriction＇ s and effect administrative behaviour intervention in preventing STDs transmition in massage - girls. Methods： All kinds of factors in two massage centers were compared and dealed with statistical analysis （T test） , groups B had been strictly supervised by discipline restriction and administrative behaviour intervention, but groups A had not. Result： Between this two groups, population characteristics or a period of work and the awareness of condom had no statistical difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Condom used in sexual activities and percent of sexual intercourse had no statistical difference in the two groups （P 〉 0. 05）, but sex frequence （2 - 5tims/mo. ） in groups A was showed much higher than group B （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of STDs in group A was 26.53%, group B was 7.32%. The detected rate showed statistical difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： Discipline restric tion and administrative behaviour intervention can markedly reduce the sex frequence in massagegirls and can prevent of STDs/HIV transmittion in those high risk population.
