摘要
阐述了环境事故应急处理的一般特点,探讨了地理信息系统(G IS)技术应用于环境污染事故应急管理的可行性及一般途径。以湖南省衡阳市区湘江河段发生砒霜(A s2O3)严重泄漏污染事故为例,主要讨论了地理信息系统(G IS)在处理突发性重金属污染中的应用,怎样利用地理信息系统最有效地指导人们做好应急措施,最大限度地减少损失,寻求最优化方法。
This article explains the general character of the environmental emergency treatment and general approaches for environmental emergency management by geographic information system (GIS). With the instance of severe arsenic pollution of Xiang River in Hengyang district, Hunan province, this paper mainly discusses the applications of GIS in settling emergent heave metal pollution, and gives the guidelines of using GIS to solve the emergency effectively with the least loss, and search the most optimum approach to solve this problem. From the visible result we can find the advantage brought by GIS to solve heavy metal pollution and the paroxysmal environmental accident.
