It was our designing philosophy to plan the old downtown into the core of the city and build it into an open cultural park,With the new “Urban Wall” surrounded,the grand open green orea,with some cultural facilities and low density commercial and residential space sprinkling in it,the measurement of the old city reappeared,awakening people＇s feeling of returning back to their urban living.
