63例颌骨囊性病变的X线分析

The X- ray findings cystic lesions of jaws in 63 cases

目的分析颌骨囊性病变的X线表现,提高对颌骨囊性病变的诊断水平。方法收集63例颌骨囊性病变,选择适当的X线片位检查,所有病例均经手术病理证实。结果成釉细胞瘤、牙源性角化囊肿、含牙囊肿等发病最高(占近70%)。发生于下颌骨占74.6%,上颌骨25.4%。颌骨主要呈囊状单房或多房破坏。结论选择适当的片位,结合重要征象,明确诊断思路对颌骨囊性病变的诊断有重要意义。

Objective A study of X -ray manifestations of cystic lesions of jaws. Methods In total 63 patients with cystic lesions of jaws, confirmed by pathology were enrolled in the study, were examined under appropriate X- ray projections. Results Ameloblastoma, keratinous cyst and dentigerous cyst were the most commonly seen, accounting for 70% cases. Cystic lesions arising from mandible accounted for 74.6% cases, while lesions arising from maxilla were found in the other （25.4%） cases. Cystic lesions of jaws manifested solitary or multilocular bone destruction. Conclusion Appropriate projection, characteristic X- ray findings and logical diagnostic approach will improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of cystic lesions of jaws.
