西门子数控（南京）有限公司（SNC）位于南京江宁区，项目分为三期．二期为建筑面积4329．89m^2生产高科技产品的工厂。由于WSP与西门子长期合作而产生的默契．以及在设计理念上的一致追求．二期工程在设计思想上．既秉承了WSP一贯现代清晰、简洁的设计风格，同时也与西门子一贯的形象相统一。在设计原则上遵循了国际标准的现代工厂准则：
This Project sits at Jiangning District, Nanjing City. Due to our long time cooperation and consistency in design philosophy with Siemens, we WSP inherited our persistent design style of making it modern, clean and simple in the design of the second phase engineering of the project, which also satisfied Siemens traditional image.
