项目位于西安市高新区内，基地三面临主要市政干道，呈正方形但与正向成45度。
The projectislocdted in the territory of the High Tech Area of Xi＇an City,surrounded in three directions by main municipal roads.The courtyard like layout surrounded by slab-type buildings forms a complete image of the plot and satisfies the rationality of the urban space.The task was to utmost utilize the longest commercial area to keep the largest distances between the four high rised,so as to satisfy the requirements of lighting,ventilation and provide with a highest comfortable high density.
