历经几年借用，租用临时场地办公的艰苦，拥挤阶段之后，2004年初，维思平公司长期整租下位于车公庄西路，曾作为机电维修站的4层独立小楼，开始整楼的加固，改建及室内装修，并将此搂正式命名为“维思平楼”，一个能够真正体现维思平自己的理念与需求的项目开始了。
An the beginning of 2004,WSP signed into a long term house rent contract for a four-story bullding at the Chegongzhuang West Raad,which had been used as a machine repair station.And then,WSP began consolidating,reconstructing and interior decorating the building,and it is named WSP Building.The persistent philosophy of equity,democracy,humanity and environment protection can be seen in the design of the WSP Building.
