The project sits at Langhu Area of Zhengdong New District. WSP was responsible for the design of its enclosure concept which was the continuation of the phase II of UTown. The layout came from the consideration of the commercial capitol and the reference of Bering Forbidden City At the center of the quiet residential area surrounded by the commercial areas, a central park was designed.The threefold courtyard design would provide residents with space from publicity to privacy.
