纳米炭黑改性涂料在NaCl溶液中的耐蚀机理研究 被引量:4

摘要 在超声场作用下,将接枝改性及缩醛化反应制备的油溶性纳米炭黑粒子(24nm^300nm)加入到普通油漆中,获得了纳米炭黑复合涂料.浸泡腐蚀实验、阳极极化及交流阻抗(EIS)测试结果表明,纳米炭黑改善了涂料在NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性,炭黑含量为1mass%时,复合涂料耐蚀性最佳.通过EIS谱图、透射电镜(TEM)等研究了纳米炭黑改性涂料在NaCl溶液中的耐蚀机理. In ultrasonic field, nanocomposite coating was got by adding oil - soluble carbon black nanoparticles synthesized by surface graft modification into paint. SPM image and TEM picture showed that the particle size was about 24 nm to 300 nm and dispersed uniformly in coatings. Immersion corrosion testing, anodic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were employed to study the corrosion behavior of nanocomposite coating. The results indicated that the anti - corrosion performance of composite coating in NaCl solution was improved. The composite coating with lmass% carbon black nanoparticles had the best corrosion resistance, and the corrosive mechanism was studied by EIS and TEM.
