摘要 目的:比较Carisolv化学-机械去腐方法与传统车针技术的临床效果。方法:筛选口腔内科门诊牙体病组患者60名,每名患者有2个同颌同名的原发面龋损,分别采用Carisolv和车针去腐充填。术后记录患者对每种去腐技术的感受,操作医师则记录去腐时间、麻醉需要及牙龈反应等,并观察治疗成功率。结果:60例中80%反馈应用Carisolv治疗更舒适。Carisolv去腐时间比车针明显长;46%使用车针治疗的患者需要麻醉,而Carisolv仅6%;无一例Carisolv引起牙龈反应。追踪观察1年、2年面龋的治疗成功率:Carisolv 93.3%、87.9%,车针88.3%、82.8%,相比无显著性差异。结论:Carisolv微创技术具有安全、有效、无痛、无害等特点。 Objective : To compare the clinical efficacy of carisov of chemomechanical removal of dental caries with rotary burs. Methods : A total of 60 patients were treated with Carisolv or rotary burs respectively. Each of them had one tooth with two similar original odontocaries. Results: Among the patients, 80% told that it was more comfortable to use Carisolv than rotary burs. Carisolv took more time than rotary burs. 46% patients treated with rotary burs needed anesthetic while only 6% with Carisolv. None of patients treated with Carisolv had the gingivitis after 1 or 2 - year continous study , the success rates of treating odontocaries were : Carisolv :93.3% ,87.9% ; Rotary burs : 88.3% , 82.8%. There was no significant difference between two methods. Conclusion: It is a safe, effective, painless, and harmless method to treat dental caries with carisolv system.
