以紫杉醇为主的联合化疗方案治疗晚期恶性肿瘤49例观察

The combination treament by mainly using paclitaxel of 49 cases with advanced malignanices.

目的 探讨紫杉醇联合顺铂或阿霉素治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 紫杉醇135～175mg／m^2 d1＋顺铂80mg／m^2 d1或紫杉醇135～175mg／m^2 d1＋阿霉素60mg／m^2 d1每4周重复一次，应用2～3周期后评价疗效。结果 49例病人中完全缓解（CR）17例占34．7％，部分缓解（PR）14例占28．6％，稳定（SD）18例，无恶化病例。总有效率（RR）为63．3％（31／49）。主要副作用为Ⅱ～Ⅲ度的骨髓抑制及脱发。结论 以紫杉醇为主的联合化疗方案是治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的良好方案，加之国产紫杉醇价格相对低廉，改善患者的生活质量机率较高．毒副作用小，值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects by using paclitaxel and cisplatin or paclitaxel and doxorubiein for treatment of advanced malignanices. Methods Using regimen for two or three courses, Each courses lasted 4 weeks. In each week,paclitaxel was administered on day 1 ,with the close of 135 - 175mg/m^2 and cisplatin with close of 80mg/m^2 on day 1 ;or paclitaxel was administered on day 1 ,with close of 135 - 175mg/m^2 and doxorubicin with of 60mg/m^2 on day 1. Results Among forty - nine cases CR 17, PR 14, MR 12, NC 6, PD 0, with an overall effective rate of 63.3%. The main side effects were myelosuppresion Ⅲ、Ⅳ degree and myalgia. Conclusion The combination treatment by mainly using paclitaxel is effective for advanced malignanices with little toxic reactionsand good tolerated.
