摘要
在无有机溶剂的情况下,以叔胺或季铵盐为催化剂,在强碱水溶液中,110℃下,以2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和1-溴代正辛烷为原料高产率的合成了2-羟基-4-正辛氧基-二苯甲酮。实验结果表明:当十八叔胺为2.0 g,水为10 mL、2,4,二羟基二苯甲酮、KOH及1-溴代正辛烷分别为0.2 mol:反应时间4 h时,合成2-羟基-4-正辛氧基—二苯甲酮的产率可达91.6%。
In the absence of organic solvent, 2-hydroxy-4-octyloxybenzophenone was prepared in high yield with 2,4- dihydroxybenzophenone and 1-bromooetane at 110℃ in strong alkaline media, using tertiary amines or quaternary ammonium salts as catalysts. The experimental result showed that the amount of oetodecyl tertiary amine was 2.0 g, the volume of water was 10 mL, the molar amount of 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone, KOH and 1- bromooetane was 0.2 mol, respectively. The reaction time was 4 h, the yield of 2- hydroxy-4-octyloxybenzophenone was up to 91.6%.
