摘要
聚碳酸脂板在国内外屋面工程中逐渐得到应用。上海铁路南站屋面系统采用三层构造,中层的聚碳酸脂板是屋面系统成功与否的关键。计算及试验表明,屋面板材的强度和变形与边界条件密切相关,工程中,屋面板材边界介于完全固定与简支之间的状态,板材端部加强筋可以明显改善板材力学效应,端部飞翼既有利于系统防水又有利于板材边界固定。上海铁路南站屋面工程取得成功。
Polycarbonate sheets have found more and more used for roof system both at home and abroad. The roof system of Shanghai South Railway Station has three layers and the polycarbonate sheet layer in the middle is the key to the success of the building. Both calculation and experiment show that stress and deflection of a sheet are closely related to its support condition, the practical support condition of a sheet is between fixed and simply supported, reinforcement to the edges of a sheet is good for its internal force and the wings of a sheet are of great benefit to both water-resistance and support condition. The practice of Shanghai South Railway Station is successful.
