摘要
介绍了管道带压引流堵漏器的研制及应用过程,该堵漏器具有制作简单、承压能力强、重量轻、易操作、价格便宜等优点,可适用于不同管径的管道封堵抢修作业。在抢修期间,全线不需要停输,可避免因管道停输时间过长引发的凝管事故,大大提高了原油输送的安全系数。
The development and application of pressured stopple device for pipeline leakage are introduced. This device is characterized by simple structure,high pressure-bearing capacity,light weight,easy to operate and low cost,which is suitable to the rehabilitation operation of pipeline with different kinds. This device can be used in-line,without shutting down the pipeline.
