摘要
以中国石化茂名乙烯工业公司合成橡胶凝聚工艺中汽提水作为分析对象,对FINA公司提供的有关汽提水中聚羧酸钠盐的分光光度分析法加以改进.该方法简单、快速、精确、灵敏度高.检测线性范围为2~25mg/kg,测量聚羧酸钠盐的相对标准偏差为1.1%.
This paper imtroduced the spectrophotometric analysis method of sodium polycarboxylic acid in stripping waster which was provided by FINA. The stripping water in the process of synthesizing rubber was from Sinopec Maoming Ethylene Industrial Company, and was taken as analyzed objective. This method has simple, quick, accurate and sensitive features. The detection linear range is from 2 - 25mg/kg, and the relative standard deviation of sodium polycarboxlic is 1.1%.
