摘要
本文研究了松香甘油酯和季戊四醇酯在低温下与液溴反应生成溴化松香甘油酯和溴化季戊四醇酯,利用红外光谱表征松香酯化物和溴化物的分子结构,利用热重分析方法得到失重曲线,测试了溴化物的阻燃性能。实验结果表明:松香甘油酯和松香季戊四醇酯经溴化得到溴化松香甘油酯和溴化松香季戊四醇酯,溴化物比酯化物具有较低的耐热性能和较高的阻燃性能。
The bromides of rosin glycerin ester (RGE) and rosin pentaerythritol ester (RPE) were prepared by RGE or RPE with liquid bromine at low temperature, their molecular structures were characterized by IR spectrum and their thermal stabilities were conducted with synthetic thermal analyzer, the fire - retardant properties were also tested before and after bromination. The results showed that the bromides of the RGE and the RPE were formed and the thermal stability of the bromides was decreased because of their weak C - Br bond, the bromides may be used as fire retardant in coatiugs.
