Anodic Behavior of Lead-Ytterbium Alloy in Sulfuric Acid Solution

摘要 采用线性电位扫描法(LSV),交流伏安法(ACV),循环伏安法(CV)和电子扫描显微镜(SEM)研究了Pb-Yb和Pb电极在4.5 mol.dm-3硫酸溶液中的阳极行为.结果表明,稀土元素Yb可显著抑制铅合金上阳极Pb(Ⅱ)膜的生长和降低阳极Pb(Ⅱ)膜的阻抗,且对铅上的析氢和析氧过程无明显影响. The anodic behavior of Pb-1.0 at. % Yb and Pb electrodes in 4.5 mol·dm^-3 sulfuric acid solution was studied using Linear Sweep Valtammetry (LSV),AC Vohammetry (ACV), Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). The experimental results show that the rare earth element Ytterbium added to Lead can inhibit the growth of the anodic Pb ( Ⅱ ) films and reduce the resistivity of the anodic Pb ( Ⅱ ) films. Moreover, the effect of Yb on the evolution of the hydrogen and oxygen on the lead is not evident.
