为了复用工艺信息,研究了基于Word工艺文件的生产系统集成平台的体系结构和关键技术.该平台将工艺信息导出至Excel和数据库,以便作业计划人员和检验人员共享工艺信息,从而快速编制各类生产计划和进行现场作业控制.最后,结合具体的实例阐明了该平台的应用过程.

In order to reuse process planning information, the framework and key technology of production system integration platform is researched. In order to share process planning information for operative planner and product checker, planning process is introduced into Excel and Database. At last, an ease in introduced to explain the applied procedure of the platform.
