摘要
利用ISSR分子标记技术,研究了农桑8号、湖桑199号、湖桑197号、育71-1、育2号、湖桑32号等6份二倍体品种和经秋水仙碱化学诱变得到的同源四倍体之间的DNA遗传差异。结果表明:桑树不同材料二倍体及其同源四倍体之间的ISSR多态性有明显差异;农桑8号、湖桑197号、育2号的二倍体及其同源四倍体间的扩增条带完全一致,无差异;湖桑32号二倍体及其同源四倍体的ISSR多态性最高,达到了23.53%。说明不同桑树材料经秋水仙碱诱变后产生的遗传差异较大。
ISSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic variation between six diploids and their homological tetraploids of mulberry varieties chemically induced by colchicines. The results showed that genetic variation between diploids and their homological tetraploids of mulberry varied with different mulberry genotypes. There were no different bands among Nongsang 8, Husang 197 and Yu 2 and their homological tetraploids, while the polymorphic rate between Husang 32 and its homological tetraploid was 23.53%, indicating that genetic variation differed from diploids of mulberry varieties chemically induced by colchicines.
