摘要
目的探讨月华胶囊对结核鼠的体温、体质量的动态影响。方法将动物分为模型组、西药化疗组、空白对照组、月华胶囊低剂量组和高剂量组,采用尾静脉注射结核菌标准菌造模,动态观测小鼠体温、体质量变化。结果①与模型组比较,月华胶囊低剂量组和高剂量组、西药化疗组均能改善体温升高,其结果具有显著性意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),而月华胶囊低剂量组对体温的影响呈持续性,月华胶囊高剂量组、西药化疗组呈间断性。②与模型组比较,月华胶囊低剂量组能改善体质量下降,其结果具有显著性(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论月华胶囊具有抗结核杆菌的作用,低剂量效果最佳。
Objective To explore the dynamic effect of Yuehua capsule on temperature and weight of rat with tuberculosis(TB), Methods The models were prepared by injecting TB into the tail vein of rat, which were divided into the model group, western medicine chemotherapy group, Yuehua capsule lower-dose group and high-dose group, and then the blank group was made; And the change of temperature and weight of all rots was observed and measured dynamiclly. Results ① Compared with model group, Yue-hua copsule lower-dose group, high-dose group and western medicine chemotherapy group could lower temperature evidently( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05), and Yuehua capsule lower-dose group affected it continuously, but the effect of western medicine chemotherapy group and Yuehua capsule high-dose group were interruptable. ② Compared with model group, Yuehua capsule lower-dose group increased the weight evidently( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Yuehua capsule is effective for antituberculosis and the lower-dose has the best thempeutic effect.
