对我国现阶段汽车噪声试验的思考

Thinking of Current Automotive Noise Tests

为了有效地控制汽车噪声,本文首先详细介绍了影响汽车综合噪声的因素,确定了发动机噪声和轮胎噪声为目前车辆的主要噪声源。在分析了国内外主要汽车噪声测试方法后,认为加速行驶车外噪声为考核汽车整车噪声的主要指标。通过对我国现阶段汽车噪声试验中的加速车外噪声、车内噪声及车辆定置状态噪声等与发达国家之间的比较,探讨了我国目前在汽车噪声试验方面存在的问题,并提出了几点建议。

Aiming to effectively reduce noises from motor vehicles, this article firstly introduces the factors that influence the noises from motor vehicles, and then identifies that the noise of engine and tire are the main noise sources. Through analyzing main testing methods for motor vehicle noise both at home and abroad, the author determines that the noise emitted by accelerating motor vehicles as the primary criterion for the valuation of total vehicle noise. By comparison of the levels of noise emitted by accelerating motor vehicles, inside noise of motor vehicles, and noise emitted by stationary road vehicles in current noise tests in China with ihose of the developed countries, the article expatiates on the existing problems in noise tests in China, and puts forwards some suggestions.
