摘要
计算机仿真是解决实际工程问题的有效手段,系统可靠性与维修性预计中也引入了这一方法,但目前的工程实践还比较少,缺乏应用实例。针对工程实践的需求,给出了一个由三部件组成的串联系统R&M指标仿真计算的详细过程。通过分析建模、流程设计、方案选择以及结果分析介绍了系统R&M指标仿真的全过程,验证了仿真的可行性,为进行复杂系统的仿真提供了参考。为满足实用性要求,详细介绍了仿真结果分析,为进一步改进仿真过程提供了参考。
Computer simulation is an effective means in engineering practice and also introduced into the reliability and maintainability prediction. But the uses in practice are still very less now and the application examples are also fairly less. According to the demand of engineering practice, it gives a particular process of using simulation to calculate the R&M index of a series - system composed of three independent parts. An example with whole process of system simulation is introduced in the paper. By introducing the whole process of analysis and modeling, process design, scheme option and result analysis, it validates the feasibility of simulation and supplies some references to the complex system simulation. To meet the practicality requirement, result analysis is introduced in detail. It will supply some references to the simulation improving.
