摘要
结团凝聚作为一项新的水处理技术,具有结团体密度大、水处理效率高的特点.在结团凝聚柱中,水流上升速度是直接影响结团体流化床运动平衡的最重要的参数.本文讨论了该运动平衡的存在条件,分析了运动平衡与控制参数间的关系;实验研究了结团体流化床的运动平衡,并得出了控制运动平衡的主要参数——水流上升速度的适宜范围.
As a new water treatment method the pellet coagulation (PC) process has advantages of bigger pellet density and higher water treatment efficiency. In the PC column the water uprising velocity is the most important parameter which influences the kinetic balance of pellet fluidized bed. In this paper the conditions under which the kinetic balance will be existing are discussed, the relationships between kinetic balance and control parameters are studied. The kinetic balance of PC bed was researched experimentally and the suitable range of water uprising velocity, the main parameter to control the kinetic balance have been chosen.
