超细微膨胀固井水泥研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 为解决三次加密调整井层间压差大、薄隔层窜槽及水泥石产生收缩而影响固井质量的问题,进行了DP-DR(超细微膨胀)新型水泥体系研究与应用。对DPDR水泥与普通A级水泥膨胀性能、失水量、增韧性能及稠化性能进行了对比试验。试验表明,DPDR水泥体系具有较好的膨胀性、低失水性和增韧性,并具有近似直角的稠化曲线,可以提高三次加密调整井固井质量。现场试验表明,DPDR水泥体系不仅在固井的最初阶段起到了较好的作用,而且可以较好地抑制水泥胶结质量随时间推移而发生变化,能够有效地提高三次加密调整井固井质量。 Tertiary infill adjustment wells have many problems,such as large interzonal differential pressure,thin interlayer and easy channeling,cement shrinking reduce cementing quality.Aim at the problem,superfine minimal inflation cement slurry system(DPDR) was developed.through contrast test between the slurry system and common A grade slurry,it is indicated that the slurry system had better dilatability,lower water lose character and increasing toughness.The slurry system had similar orthogonal thickening curve,can improve tertiary infill adjustment well cementing quality.Field test indicate that DPDR cement slurry system has better effect at original phase,it can control slurry cementation quality with time changing,and can improve availably tertiary infill adjustment well cementing quality.
