摘要
弱凝胶—表面活性剂调驱具有大幅度提高原油采收率的特点。在对弱凝胶黏度、表面活性剂与模拟原油界面张力性能评价的基础上,优选出高效的弱凝胶—表面活性剂复合体系,其配方为2000 mg/L AP-P3+(5~40)mg/L Cr3++500 mg/L SDBS表面活性剂。体系中凝胶在60℃条件下能稳定半年以上,表面活性剂与模拟油的界面张力达到超低(<10-2mN/m)。体系中弱凝胶与表面活性剂配伍性试验表明,所筛选出的弱凝胶与表面活性剂有较好的配伍性。物理模型驱油效率试验结果表明,在水驱至不出油后,改注0.4 PV弱凝胶后跟注0.4 PV表面活性剂,再注0.4 PV 1800 mg/L聚合物溶液保护段塞,可提高层间非均质模型的采收率19.6个百分点,其中低渗透层采收率提高幅度为31.4个百分点。
Weak gel-surface acting agent profiling can greatly enhance oil recovery,based on the evaluation of weak gel viscosity,surface acting agent and boundary tension of crude oil,optimized high efficiency weak gel-surface acting agent system,the formulas of this system are composed of 2000 mg/L AP-P^(3+),5 to 40 mg/L Cr^(3+),500 mg/L SDBS surface acting agent,the gel of this system can keep steady for more than half one year at 60 ℃.boundary tension little than 10^(-2)mN/m,and the weak gel matched well with surface acting agent.The physical model displacement experiment showed: no oil produce after water flooding,use 0.4 PV weak gel flooding,then use 0.4 PV surface acting agent,and then use 0.4 PV 1800 mg/L polymer solution to form a protect plunger,this will enhanced 19.6% recovery ratio of heterosphere and 31.4% of low permeability layer.
