Analysis of the Mixture of Thifensulfuron -methyl +Metsulfuron -methyl +Chlorsulfuron by HPLC

本文采用高效液相色谱法,以C18柱为固定相,甲醇+水+冰乙酸为流动相,用 236nm紫外检测器定量测定噻吩磺隆、甲磺隆和氯磺隆混剂的含量。本方法的变异系数分 别为0．80％、0．78％、1．11％;标准偏差分别为0．084、0．084、0．114;平均回收率分别为 98．9％、99．2％、99．6％;线性相关系数分别为0．999 6、0．992 1、0．999 4。

A method was introduced for the determination of thifensulfuron-methyl +metsulfuron-methyl+chlorsulfuron in the mixture formulation by HPLC with C18 column at UV 236nm, and mobile phase of a mixture of CH3OH+H2O+CH3COOH. The coefficients of variation were 0.80 %, 0.78% and 1.11%. The standard deviations were 0.084, 0.084 and 0.114. The average recoveries were 98.9%, 99.2% and 99.6%. The linear correlations were 0.999 6, 0.992 1 and 0.999 4 respectively.
