摘要
以单位重量下波纹管的补偿量最大为目标函数,对波纹管的结构参数进行优化设计.以压力0.25 MPa,公称直径300~1000 mm的波纹管为例,优化设计的波纹管与以前的产品相比,单位重量的补偿量可增加26.9%~59.7%,单波刚度可降低27%~62.4%,优化效果十分显著.
In this paper, the work of the structure parameters of optimization design for Bellow is presented. The objective of optimization is the max total equivalent axial movement per weight of Bellow. The illustration of optimal bellow under pressure 0. 25 MPa and diameters 300 - 1000 man show that total equivalent axial movement per weight of optimal bellow can increase 26.9 % - 59.7 %, optimal bellows initial axial elastic spring rate per convolution decrease 27 % - 62.4% compared with the former produce. It shows the perfect effectiveness of optimization.
