摘要
介绍了滚筒式干燥机的结构特征及主要技术参数,对运行中存在的干燥炉易烧坏、干燥筒运行速度单一、排料刮板易堵塞、水膜除尘器效率低、导向板易损坏等问题进行了分析,并采取了相应的改进措施;干燥后的煤泥水分在12.00%～15.00%,掺入混煤销售,选煤厂取得了显著的经济和环境效益.
Structural feature and technical parameters of the rotation drum dryer introduced;operation problems analyzed and corresponding counter-measures employed,regarding drying stove burnout,unitary drum speed,discharge scraper easy to be blocked out,low efficiency of the dust scrubber,and deflection plate easy to be broken;coal slime treated by this dryer gave in final product a moisture content of 12.00%～15.00%,which was blended with mixed coal for sale,giving a remarkable economic and environmental benefit.
