摘要 根据层状复合金属材料结构的混合效应及协同效应原理,研制了具有高弹性、高强度及高导电性 能的复合材料,结果表明,本公司研制的代铍铜材料,具有与铍青铜相近的力学性能及电性能。该材料 已部分代替铍铜,在电器、电子元器件等领域得到使用。 Manufacturing new metals to replace Beryllium-Copper alloy ("Be-Cu" for short) is a popular study in the Matcrial Field in recent years. But so far, the manufactured products are basically alloying metals and the effects are unsatisfied. By introducing advanced equipment from abroad, Foshan Electrical Precision Alloy Co. Ltd has manufac- tured layer-clad metals with high electric conductivity and high elasticity which can replace Be-Cu alloy, and this new metal is now being widespread used in many fields such as electrical appliance and electronic component, etc. and getting a satisfied economic and social effect.
