摘要 混合式断路器(HCB)结合了机械式断路器和固态断路器的优点,是国际上断路器研究的新方向。阐述了自然换流和强制换流的原理及IGBT软关断技术。基于自然换流和IGBT软关断技术,研制了一种新型的HCB。试验表明,该新型HCB具有合闸和分闸动作的快速性、一致性及限压限弧特性。 Hybrid circuit breaker(HCB) combining the advantages of mechanical circuit breaker and solid state circuit breaker is new research direction in the world for circuit breaker. The several typical structures of HCB, the principle of naturally current commutating and constrainedly current commutating were presented. A novel structure of the HCB based on naturally current commutating and IGBT soft switching was researched. The analysis and the laboratory tests prove that the HCB has the performance of fast operating, consistency and arc limiting, retaining the static state of the mechanical circuit breaker.
