摘要
介绍了新型CO低温变换催化荆的研制情况.研制的LB205型低温变换催化剂在≤5.0 MPa、温度185~250℃、Ⅴ(汽)/Ⅴ(气)=0.2~0.6、千气空速1 000~4 000 h-1、干气中CO体积分数2.5%~4.0%、CO2体积分数16%~19%和余量为H2+N2条件下,催化剂CO变换率≥95%,400℃耐热2 h后CO变换率≥93%.满足工厂对低变催化剂的要求,尤其适合在节能型合成氨厂的低汽/气条件下使用.
Development of a new CO low temperature shift (LTS) catalyst was described. CO conversion of over 95% and over 93% (after being kept at 400 ℃ for 2 h) were obtained over LB205 LTS catalyst under the following condition: 0- 5.0MPa, 185-250 ℃, steam/dry gas 0.2 -0.6, GHSV 1 000-4 000 h^-1, CO 2.5% -4.0%, CO2 16% - 19% (volume fraction). The catalyst meets the requirement of commercial plant, especially low steam/gas energy-saving ammonia plant.
