摘要
旋转机械转子系统动静件碰摩故障发生频繁,为检测其位置,本文采用声音信号联合键相 位信号的方法来确定其碰摩位置,通过试验采集碰摩时的数据并用此方法求得碰摩位置,与实测的 碰摩位置基本吻合,表明此方法具有较好的效果。
The rob-impact of rotor-to-stator often occurs for rotating machinery. In order to detect the rob-impact position, the paper bases on the way of combining sound signal with key-phase signal to fix on the position. And the postion got by collecting rub-impact data in experiments is basically identical with the actual position. It shows that the method above is a good way.
