摘要
针对亚磷酸二甲酯生产过程配料控制中存在的流量测量问题,采用了减量法计量2种反应物料的瞬时质量流量,并实现双闭环比值控制;为了使实际料量比值满足工艺的严格要求,由2种物料的累计量对瞬时流量比值进行实时修正。实际运行表明,该控制方案在DCS系统上实现,瞬时质量流量变化范围为±20kg/h,累计配比值变化不超出±0.05。可以保证生产的安全平稳。
To aim at the measuring problem of flow rate in the production process of dimethy ester, the decrement approach is used to measure the instant flow rate of two reactants. Double closed loop ratio control is implemented. To satisfy the strict demands of production process, the real time correction of instant flow rate ratios is carried in virtue of reactant cumulant. The control strategy is achieved easily on DCS, and the result is satisfying.
