Reasons for over consumption of wash oil in the recovery of raw benzene from coke oven coal gas, solution route and necessary measures are reviewed.Comprehensive measures are taken to stable the quality of wash oil, and add oil trap device, reduce wash oil in the coal gas.Test on the final result shows that consumption of wash oil is obviously reduced to gain some social and economic benefits.
