驻极体过滤材料用于防治“煤灰纱”的实验研究

Experimental Researchs on the Electret Filtration Fabric to Eliminate the Foggy Yarn in the Cotton Mill

颗粒物污染造成的“煤灰纱”严重影响我国纺织产品的质量。针对出现“煤灰纱”时大气颗粒物的浓度分布情况,对多种驻极体过滤材料的过滤性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,采用驻极体过滤材料的鼓式过滤器能对环境空气中的颗粒物进行有效过滤,防治纺织企业“煤灰纱”的效果良好。

The foggy yarn caused by the airborne particles makes a negative affect on the quality of the textile products in China. Based on the analysis of the ambient particulate concentration in the air when the foggy yarn occurs in the cotton mill, the paper makes experimental researchs on some electret filtration fabrics＇ purifying performances. The result shows the drum filter adopting the electret filtration fabric can purify the particles in the air effectively and eliminate the foggy yarn in the spinning department availably.
