摘要
分析了分段多点成形时工件受力状态和变形比整体多点成形及传统模具成形更加复杂,过渡区内极易出现局部剧烈塑性变形,严重影响分段成形工件质量的现象,研究了过渡区局部剧烈塑性变形的形成机理,采用遗传算法进行了协调区表面的曲面造型设计,抑制了局部剧烈塑性变形的产生.实验证明,这种基于遗传算法的构造协调区表面形状的方法非常有效,不但能成功地抑制局部剧烈塑性变形的产生,还可提高成形效率.
In this research, the force status and deformation of workpiece in sectional multi-point forming were analyzed, the generation of loal severe plastic deformation was discussed, modeling method based on genetic algorithm was used to construct the shape of assortative region to suppress the local severe plastic defomation. Experiments proved that assortative region designed with genetic algorithm can effectually restrain the local severe plastic defomation and improve forming efficiency.
