摘要 介绍了一种基于M LT 04的高精度微弱光信号模拟锁相解调电路,它利用锁相检测原理,解调时频率选择性好,相位因素影响小,可以很好地提取转换后有用电信号的幅值信息。并且完全仅由模拟器件M LT 04与滤波器等硬件实现,运算速度快,精度高,工作稳定可靠,是一款经济实用、方便快捷的模拟解调电路。 We introduced a high-accuracy phase lock-in detecting circuit for faint optical signal, in which MLT04 was used. The circuit was based on the phase lock-in detecting principle, which has better frequency alternative and less phase influence, thus it can be used as a good way to abstract the amplitude information of the useful electric signal after the photoelectric conversion. Formed only by analog device MLT04,amplifier and wave filter, and due to the operation is fast, the precision is high, stability is reliable ,the circuit is a kind of economical, practical, convenient analog demodulation circuit.
