要建成优质高校,没有优质教育资源不行,所以最根本的就是抓人才。对于新生代院校的领导决策层来讲,须以超常规的思路与举措,来引进最适合本校发展的人才,并注重已有人才的稳定,即“人才管理”。而人才引进与稳定的关键,是必须有一支优秀的一流的“管理人才”队伍。培养出一批与自己事业相匹配的管理人才队伍,是学校的立足之本。

The essential factor of a high -quality university is its teaching staff, which makes up the education resources in universities. So the leading group of the universities of the new generation should attach great importance to introducing the proper talents and to keeping the stability of the present faculty, i.e. talents＇ management. Hence, the estabhshment of qualified managerial personnel is the foundation of stable development of colleges and universities.
