摘要
液压控制系统是通过控制金属带轮的夹紧力来实现无级自动变速器速比调节的,其设计方法是开发无级变速传动系统的关键技术之一.在分析了金属带式无级变速器的结构特征和力学关系的基础上,通过对汽车典型行驶工况的仿真分析,提出了无级自动变速液压控制系统关键参数—速比变化率的设计方法,完成了液压系统的结构参数设计,并进行了仿真验证,从而为无级自动变速汽车的研制开发奠定了基础.
The design method on the hydraulic control system is one of the key technologies of a metal V-belt continuously variable transmission (CVT). It can change the ratio of the transmission system by adjusting the pushing force of the pulley. By analyzing the structure characteristics and force relations, the design method of an important parameter of the CVT hydraulic system and the rate of transmission ratio, are put forward by simulating to the emblematical driving models. The structure parameters of the hydraulic system is gotten and validated by simulation on specific driving model. An effective design method is provided to develop the continuously variable transmission system.
