摘要
一体化膜生物反应器(SMBR)工艺中,膜生物污染是引起膜通量下降的主要原因,也是制约该工艺产业化的瓶颈因素。采用有效系数法对膜生物污染数学模型的微分方程式进行求解,建立了膜生物污染数学模型。验证结果证明,选用的膜生物污染数学模型能正确模拟中空纤维膜的生物污染过程。
Membrane fouling is the bottleneck factor in the SMBR. Biological fouling is the main reason for the falling of membrane flux, In this study, mathematical model of biological fouling is constructed. In order to get the stable convergence solutions of differential equation, count method based on coefficient of efficiency is taken. The model can exactly simulate biological fouling process of hollow fibre membrane by experimental validation.
