摘要
应该把读书作为中学教师发展的基础工作认真抓好;读书是教师进入教师角色的必经之路;读书对于提高教师的创新精神以及人文素养具有十分重要的作用。
We should consider reading as the basic work for middle school teachers development and try our best to do it better. Reading is the necessary way for the teacher to play the role of teacher well. Reading plays a very important role in improving teachers＇ innovative spirit and humanistic attainment.
