Library document information resource in Hainan＇s Colleges and Universities has formed a basic scope, but the quotiety of development and utilization is very low. We should develop and utllize the library document information resource closely connected with its feature, principle and content. We should develop and uti- lize it pertinently. That means doing it according to different strategies, with different measures and in different ways.
