关于武汉地区河流与湖泊中内分泌干扰物质的调查与分析 被引量:20

摘要 在中国武汉地区的6个湖泊与2条河流中检测了9种环境内分泌干扰物 (EDCs),它们是雌酮(E1)、17α-乙炔雌酮(EE2)、雌二醇(E2)、己烯雌酚(DES)、壬基酚(NP)、辛基酚(OP)、双酚A(BPA)、酞酸二正丁酯(DBP)、酞酸二(2-乙基己基) 酯(DEHP).运用了固相萃取以及气相色谱/质谱联用的方法对采集到的11个水样分别进行了检测.酞酸二正丁酯与酞酸二(2-乙基己基)酯在所有样品中都被检测到;在8 个样品中分别检测到了双酚A和壬基酚;在2个湖泊与1个河流的样品中采集到了雌酮;在2个样品中检测到了辛基酚;在所有样品中均没有检测出雌二醇、17α-乙炔雌酮和己烯雌酚. In this work, nine endocrine disrupting compounds estrone (E1), 17α-ethynylestradiol (EE2), 1713- estradiol ( E2 ), diethylstilbestrol (DES), nonylphenol (NP), octylphenol (OP), bisphenol A (BPA), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), and di-(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) were determined in the water samples from 6 lakes and 2 rivers in Wuhan, the central city of China, by solid phase extraction-gas chromatography/mass spectrum (SPE-GC/MS). DBP and DEHP were detected in all water samples at concentrations from 69.1 ng/L to 669.6 ng/L and 9.3 ng/L to 244.8 ng/L, respectively. Both BPA and NP were found in 8 sampies and their concentration ranged from 9.2 ng/L to 198.7 ng/L and 6.8 ng/L to 343.0 ng/L, respectively. E1 in the range of 19.8 ng/L- 29.1 ng/L was only found in the samples from 2 lakes and 1 river. OP was found in two samples with the concentration of 8.2 ng/L and 9.3 ng/L. E2, EE2 and DES were not detected in all the water samples under the conditions of our experiments.
