摘要
基于能量—故障模式的工程机械故障诊断方法结合工程机械数学模型,根据输出信号的各频率成分能量的变化,建立能量变化到每一种故障的映射关系,得到表征每一故障的特征向量。然后与实验统计方法得出的特征向量相比较,依据特征向量进行分类决策,从而确定是否有故障及故障的位置。应用此方法,对某正常和故障状态下的信号进行分析,其评判结果与实际较为相符。
The work presented in the paper provides a new method of diagnosis for construction machinery fault. The system transfer function will be changed when construction machinery goes wrong and its output signals energy in frequency domain changes too at the same frequencies. The change of every frequency components corresponds to the fault states. The mapping of energy distribution to each fault can be established based on the mathematical model of construction machinery. The characteristic vector of each fault was obtained, and then compared with the statistical characteristic vector, the fault of the machinery was judged. Comoared with the actual situation, the result was reasonable.
